Materials

• 50x50 Steel x 60mm
• 16mm Dia Steel x 120mm
• M4x6 ISO 4026 set screw.
• M8 Nuts (2 required)

At first I started making the block out of a piece of junkyard steel I had. It was like working kryptonite. The only marking was K340 painted on the end. Goggled "K340 Steel" and found out, yep, it is kryptonite. This would be the perfect material for the tool block, if I had a mill and lathe rigid enough to work it.
